Black Day In July Productions (BLK DAY) latest collaborator is Kurt Solid. He represents the Eastside of Detroit.  Stylistically, Kurt Solid is a hybrid of the intelligent hustler, calculating and careful, with a penchant for vivid wordplay and memorable quote-ables.

    MC, Producer, ghostwriter. Born and raised in Detroit. Kurt was born in the 80’s, raised in the 90’s and was exposed to hip hop early on. He was privileged to learn from many artists from Detroit before him. Kurt has networked amongst Detroit hip hop elite for years, and has connected with some of the most influential people in the genre.
